The domains are not weighted equally on the exam. By share of the marks: Airway, Anesthesia, and Analgesics 15%; Cardiac 14%; Medical Emergencies 13%; Trauma/Burn 12%; Neurological 11%; Safety and Transport 8%; Pediatric 8%; Maternal Fetal and Neonatal 7%; Flight Physiology 6%; Professional Considerations 6%.
